Protecting Rights In a Caring Environment Ltd is a nationally recognised training provider of Restraint Training, delivering bespoke training and consultancy services to a wide range of social care and health organisations.

Over the last 15 years the company has trained several thousand frontline workers in Restraint Training in over 200 organisations across a diverse range of sectors, from residential homes (children & adult), therapeutic communities, EBD schools, NHS Trusts, Secure Unit provision, to services for adults with learning disabilities and autism.

For many of the highly committed care staff across the United Kingdom and Ireland, delivering a successful service whilst faced with aggressive and violent behaviour, is a very real and inherent challenge.

Our training programmes are designed to offer staff a ‘toolbox’ of skills and strategies to better deal with the everyday occurring situations that can escalate and develop into conflict, without compromising the ultimate welfare and safety of the service user or staff member.

PRICE Training places a significant focus upon preventative strategies as well as the de-escalation and defusion elements of managing behaviour whilst recognising it is sometimes necessary utilise Restraint Training to hold a service user in order to protect their well being and the welfare of others.
